First Kyiv Courses is a chain of 4 schools in Kamianets-Podilskyi, where children and adults have been learning foreign languages for more than 20 years, preparing for international exams and raising the professional level of teachers.

The First Kyiv Courses are familiar in the city and are a kind of love mark among foreign language learners.

The task was to systematize marketing processes and formulate new positioning, on the basis of which you can scale.

I conducted a competitive analysis and research on the needs of different types of audiences and described the business model. After that, she created a new brand strategy that includes value proposition formulation, customer segments and relationships with them, options for profitable partnerships, and much more.

The competitive strategy has also undergone changes — the shift from the specialist's strategy to the leader's strategy, which is supported by specific tactical steps.

With the help of the designer Andrii Bondarwe created a corporate identity to show the uniqueness of the school, its solid work experience and conveyed an atmosphere of benevolence and openness in the learning process.

The school is located in a tourist city with a rich history, that's why we emphasized the locality and cultural wealth of Podillya. The font was made at the same time modern and pays tribute to the history of Kamianets-Podilskyi.

We chose bright shades of blue, coral and warm yellow as corporate colors, which makes the brand noticeable both in the digital environment and on printed materials - signs, business cards, city lights, face masks, etc.

Result:

New corporate identity and brand communication are already being actively implemented by the client's team - when decorating offices, forming a content plan, in the process of creating advertising and planning online/offline events. To strengthen the leadership positions of the school, I suggested opening the HUB, which will become a modern and comfortable place for meeting and training urban youth.
